I am need to push an application to our computers that will update their Office 2010 install, to include Outlook. (The 32 bit version of Office is installed on all computers regardless of whether the OS is x64 or x86). I have the application built and the command to install the program tested, and it works. I have the detection method set to the MSI code for Office 2010 and that Outlook.exe exists (either in Program Files or Program Files x86). The issue that I am running into, is setting a requirement for Office 2010 to be installed. I created two global conditions to check for the Office uninstall key, one for each x86 and x64, however when I try add these as requirements, it does not appear that I can use it as an OR condition. So, correct me if I am wrong, when I deploy the application it will check to see if both reg keys exists, which they won't, and then fail.
Am I am to modify a requirement so I can have one Deployment type for all, or do I have to have a deployment type for each OS bit version (x86 and x64).
