Hello alltogether,
we are experiencing a strange behavior of some of our Clients.
They can't download software via the software center at some locations. They are always stuck at "Downloading 0%".
The majority of our locations aren't affected, only a few. The distribution points are looking fine, we can even start OSD tasks.
The LocationServices.log at the client itself displays the following information:
Calling back with empty distribution points list
We already tried the following:
- Add/remove and re-add the boundary group (this boundary points to an AD-site)
- Add the IP-Range to the boundary group
- Checked that the Application catalog URL was added to the trusted sites
At 11AM the LocationServices.log file displayed a successfull connection to the Distribution point. Not even 30 minutes later it wasn't able to find the DP anymore.
Our clients are able to ping the DP and vice versa.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? We would also really appreciate a hint which logfiles could contain further information because currently we can't find anything about that issue.
