Deploy a rule to uninstall applications on the clients

Hi,

I have deploy all standard applications to my organization by using SCCM 2012 R2 single management server. And I want to uninstall other applications that not listed on standard applications that has deployed by SCCM.

So, is it possible to deploy a rule to uninstall applications on the clients that not listed on Application Catalog (standard applications) which has deployed by SCCM?
