Application install enforced while deployment set to "Available"

Hello,

I have 2 applications:

1. Stata13 – deployment “Required” via Task Sequence
2. SPSS 22 – deployment “Available” (Superseded application SPSS 19) as Application

At the student PC is SPSS 19 installed.

During the maintenance Window Stata13 will be installed  BUT SPSS 22 will be installed as well, SPSS 19 will be uninstalled.

Is this a normal behavior ??
