Configuring Cache for FIFO

I have deployed an Application (Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Client Tools) which requires 4Gigs.  The clients are configured for 5Gigs (default) cache size.  The CAS.Log showed, 'The content download cannot be performed because there is not enough available space in cache or the disk is full.' (0x87d01201).  I increased the cache size and the Application eventually installed.

Question:  Is there a way to configure the clients to automatically delete the older content if newer content needs the space?  Like FIFO, First-In-First-Out?
