Multiple 15GB Txxxx0000A files found in the root of SCCMContentLib\FileLib folder

Hello, recently we've seen the SCCMContentLib eating more and more space on the site server.  After doing the usual cleanup, I found there are 7 Txxxx0000A files under root of SCCMContentLib\FileLib.  These files are all the same size and suspiciously they match the file size of one of my WIM image.  Are these files ok to delete?

Our sites are configured so there is a central site (for reporting) and regional child sites.  Other child sites also has similar files, but they're different date/size than mine.
