Package running hidden even though program is set to Maximized

Hi..

We're installing a package of Office 2013 with the install triggered by a VBScript that will show a popup message on the screen notifying the user about the impending install.

I've set the program set to run Maximized, Only When a User is logged in, and allow user to interact with the program.

Problem is, even though the program is set to Maximized, the popup message and Office install progress bar is still not showing.  Anybody got any ideas as to why, and if its possible to get it to install while being visible to the user?
