Software center not picking up policy for new applications

Hi there,

We have recently updated Config Manager from 2012 SP1 CU3 to 2012 R2 CU2. We are having problems with a few of our clients not picking up software that has been deployed to them. I believe the problem may be the same as the one in this forum post:-

Can anyone from Microsoft comment on when this "Bug" will be fixed?

Or if anyone else has managed to fix this can they share their solution.
