We have implemented application web catalog in our environment. All user are able to request and install application using web portal. Now we have one request from all local system administrator that they wanted to have email notification whenever a user requests for an application and user gets email notification once approved. I know by default it is not possible. Does anyone face such challenges. May i know how to do it if answer is yes. Is there any freeware tool available for it.
