Is it possible to write a powershell script or query to detemine if a package has been downloaded to the client?

Hi,

Is it possible with a query in SCCM 2012 or with a powershell script to find out if a package is ready to be installed on a machine or has been downloaded to the machine? I need to determine if the package is ready to be installed on a number of clients.
