Software Center issues

Hi guys, we are experiencing some minor issues with Software Center. We have been running SCCM 2012 for a few weeks now and this issues have always existed. The first is, basically, installed applications appear in software center as having a size of 1mb. However if you click on the size, it displays the correct size e.g Google Sketchup (see below). Obviously this isn't a big deal, but not something we want. Any ideas?

The second problem is when a Windows 7 PC is logged into and you go to Software Center straight away it displays the error below. Clicking on the OK button gets rid of the error, but Software Center remains unpopulated for sometime, between 10 and 30 mins and then installed and available applications appear. Any help on these issues would be appreciated.
