SCCM inventoried software doesn't show the same result as Add/Remove programs query

Dear SCCM users,

I have a really confusing question (at least for me): If I look at SCCM 2012 R2 Asset Intelligence -> Inventoried Software and search for Cisco Systems VPN Client 5, I have total ~340 computers divided into four groups regarding the four 5.xxx versions used at us.

This is okay, whoever I would like to create a dynamic query collection of these computers. This is a really well known query:

select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System inner join SMS_G_System_ADD_REMOVE_PROGRAMS on SMS_G_System_ADD_REMOVE_PROGRAMS.ResourceID = SMS_R_System.ResourceId where SMS_G_System_ADD_REMOVE_PROGRAMS.DisplayName like "%Cisco Systems VPN%"

But the problem comes now... this query results ONLY 74 computers?! How this could happen? I would understand if this information haven't been already inventoried, but IT IS! As it shows in software inventory. Do you have any advices or solutions? I really do not have any idea why this happens. I can find this query on every page, so this is truly a well-known query used by thousands of IT personnel.

ps: and because of this, how can I trust SCCM in the future that it will query me the right result? And it is not excluding "some" machines by mistake?:/

Thank you really much!

Chris
