I have created an app containing SCCM Administration Console install with the only deployment method as Script. It is advertised to all users as "available". It seems that after I added Application Web portal roles - the app is no longer visible in standalone Application Center. When I click on the web site link in it - it opens the web app page and application is showed as available to install. Moreover, it installs correctly from browser and shows itself in standalone AppCenter after the installation.
I tried to go through all refresh cycles on the client but with no luck - the app is present on web site but not visible in AppCenter. Please help me in troubleshooting that, what logs do i need to inspect in that case?
