From a command line I can run command below and it will output the file.
manage-bde -on C: -recoverypassword > \\****.org\%computername%.txt
When I try and put this into a package I get the screen shot below. Reason I am using %computername% is that I want to upload more than 1 key and have a meaningful file name.
