I don´t know what happend, this used to work before but at some point, no one is able to install any apps from catalog.
- User is local admin or not (both tried)
- Application catalog is on trusted sites, protected mode off
- Available Deployment is active to the user (User´s deployments)
- In Client Policy, "Additional Software manages the deployment...." is off.
- Deployments to Device Collections still works, but one required deployment to users not.
- Installation Behaviour is set to System
- There is no primary device requirement for application deployment policy
- Current silverlight version is 5.1.30514.0
- Current site and client version is R2 CU3 (problem was also with Cu1 and Cu2).
- Bounderies are set to point to the proper DP
- Application Catalog services status is green
