PkgXferMgr.log upload fail messages

I have here a small part of the PkgXferMgr.log on my site server. Should I worry about this during upload of a package/Application to a distribution point?

The questions are:

Should I worry about the "Not copying" Messages? What does this mean?

Should I worry about the "Failed" messages? I can't see why it fails.
