Default deployment method App-V packages in SCCM 2012

Hi,

With Powershell you can deploy App-V packages, you can or cannot use the configuration xml file https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj713433.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

I wonder how SCCM deploys this by default (there is a deploymentconfig and userconfig but are they published by default too)?
