installation of dotnet framework 4.5.2

Hi, we have dotnet framework 4.5 in our image and there's a need for us to upgrade into 4.5.2

I found out that there's no .msi installer for dotnet Framework, just .exe

Tried using package but I'm unable to install/upgrade the dotnet framework. Tried googling this issue but all research failed.

appreciate any assistance if anyone has done this before.
