Content Stuck on 150 out of 900 DPs

We are distributing Driver Packages for our next task sequence and our driver packages are stuck 'In-Progress' since 12th of June.
I can query list of DPs with PkgId & State=7

gwmi -Namespace $NS -ComputerName $CN -Query "SELECT * FROM SMS_PackageStatusDistPointsSummarizer Where PackageID Like 'XXXXXXXXX' AND State Like '7'

But How do I remove from each of the 150 DPs on which the content is 'In-Progress'. If i check the DP status in Monitoring, error code is as follows;

Distribution Manager instructed Package Transfer manager to send package "XXXXXXX" to distribution point"[ ]
