Application stuck at 0% downloading - Error 0x80200013

Hi,

I got an issue with an application deployment. In the deployment status over 50% of clients are "waiting for content" and if i check in Software Center are stuck at 0% downloading.

I checked Datatransferservice log and get this error. We got SCCM2012 R2 SP1
