I am hoping for some help.
I deployed IE11 to our company a couple of weeks ago and seem to have hit a wall with some "hanging deployments". Meaning several hundred are stuck in various statues. Here is the overall status:
Success (2056)
In progress (27)
Error (73)
Unknown (537)
In our environment SCCM users discovery is pointed to 20 users OUs in AD. For the purpose of clean up used a tool called AD tidy that would query the desired OU (in this case user OU) for users not logged in the past 30,60,90 days. I moved those user accounts to our disabled users OU that SCCM is not pointing to. I then ran Full Users Discover in: Administration>Discovery Methods> Active Directory User Discovery. Next I went to the Assets and Compliance: Users and searched for one of the moved users and they were no longer showing up, so at that point I know that part works. So I am trying to figure out how long it would take for the report that I am using to update? Its called Software Distribution - Application Monitoring > All applications Deployments (Basic)
Also besides what I am doing in AD to clean up old user accounts, what's the best way to troubleshoot this?
