After all kinds of tests, I finally figured out that the batch I use to remove a program has to sit at the local machine before it can actually work to remove the program. The issue I am having is how I can create a package or application to run a batch file sitting on each client machine. I know at deployment options there is an option to download content from distribution point and run locally but it seems not working for me. The batch has to sit on the client machine before it works!

In other words, how can I run a local executable using sccm 2012 package? this is running a local application there is nothing to distribute, how can I deploy the package to a device collection? It seems with no distribution, the package wont show up on the client machine.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
