This is a confusing question to articulate, I will try my best. I had recently cleared up Maintenance Windows, which is encouraging. My newest question: I have created an application to be 'available' in software center and have inconsistent results, on the same device and on other devices. For example, I created, distributed and deployed MS Proj Pro to a device collection where I have a few members. Some members can 'see' it, others cannot (even with running the machine policy process). And those that can see it, can't always install it, get 'failed to load content'. So then I remove the deployment, application & collection and recreate everything. Now, others can see it, others cannot. Those who couldn't install it before, can now. It is so inconsistent and confusing. Some people have to literally wait hours & hours to be able to 'see' the software and for some it shows quite quickly. I'm really wanting to use Software Center for the amazing controls it offers but am really struggling. I've checked the Boundaries and found the device IPs are in the allowed IP range. Are there different areas of boundaries I should check? Could this be related to our distribution points? I didn't create the infrastructure, I'm just an admin trying to implement Software Center for software deployment.
A number of errors are showing in the server logs for a particular user:
Invalid User
User policy requested with no user credentials
Failed to send Location Request Message
GetLocationSyncEx failed with error 0x87d00231
Any ideas? Sorry for the super long post!
