Using SCCM 2012 SP1. A user has requested an application through the Application Catalog. It tried to install on the user's computer but the status is "failed". Service Desk got sick of waiting and installed the application manually. How can
I clear the request and the "failed" message in Software Center on the user's PC? I'd like to be able to cancel the request on the server. Thanks.
