Renaming SCCM 2012 Boundary Groups

Have another question about SCCM boundaries. The last SCCM admin named the boundary groups as server names and then placed the "Boundaries" (Austin) inside the "Boundary Groups" (SRV-TX-A91). Since our servers are constantly getting updated and go some go offline.

EX: (The "SRV-TX-A91" server is now "SRV-TX-A921", over half of the servers have been replaced and some sites have been split off.)

It's starting to get confusing. Wondering if i can rename the "Boundary Groups". I want to rename the "Boundary Groups" by region (TX-Central).

Would it cause a problem? I don't see why it would, but i though I would see if anyone has had to rename their "Boundary Groups" and if it caused a problem or if there were any caveats.

Thanks everyone for the help.
