We manage a large number of servers using SCCM 2012 R2-so multiple users logged on (or at least disconnected) is not uncommon. I am seeing an issue in which when a new application (package) is deployed to a server and the application is not available in SC. I can see in the logs that the other user is being notified via SC. If I log off the other user account, the application becomes available (will appear in SC) almost immediately. The application is assigned to the computer (in many instances I am using a Package to deploy to systems). This is a new issue that I have not seen. We are currently on R2 SP1 (CU1).
As a note, I tested a mandatory deployment (package) with 2 users logged on and only one user receives notification of the package install and the forced reboot (reboots being more of a concern than the install notice).
