I am new to this software so I'm not sure what I'm looking at yet but it looks like this is not reporting accurately. In SCCM 2012, I have an active computer that is showing this in devices:
Endpoint Protection Deployment State: managed
Endpoint Protection Definition Last Update Time: 7/22/2013 6:50 AM
Endpoint Protection Definition Last Version: 1.555.513.0
Endpoint Protection Enabled: Enabled
But when I go to the client computer and open System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection's update tab, I see this:
Definition created on: 8/3/2013 at 4:55 AM
Definitions last updated: 8/3/2013 at 12:33 PM
Virus definition version: 1.555.1464.0
Spyware definition version: 1.555.1464.0
So why is SCCM 2012 showing on the dashboard old information? There was a heartbeat DDR sent on 8/5/2013 but I guess this doesn't update the manager's information? When does SCCM get updated? What is it that is not working?
