Can someone please explain how to successfully deploy an Modern Appx package from SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 to Windows 10 Enterprise.
Ive successfully packaged the APPX offline package I want to deploy and all its dependencies but any application I deploy installs on the users devices, open up and just stays there not doing anything but displaying the app name. This failure is consistent across all 3 offline modern apps I've deployed.
The method I have tried.
1. Go to our Business store and download the Offline Packages of Microsoft Word, Reader and Surface App. Download all the require dependencies and non encoded licence.
2. In SCCM I created a new applications and select the installation as a Windows app appx install, locate the folder that has the Microsoft Reader offline appx file and all its dependencies plus un-encoded license and SCCM successfully creates the application and dependencies and I deploy to a target group.
I'm only deploying apps to Windows 10 users. Should I need to be doing anything else? The deployment scenarios at the minute for the Windows eco system is very poor at Enterprise level.
