I've seen similar posts to this problem but I have yet to find a solution. We are running SCCM 2012 with a main campus and 8 branch offices. We can install applications with no problem at our main campus. The 8 branch offices each have one 2008 r2 server configured as a domain controller and a distribution point. Every branch office workstation displays the Downloading (0% complete) message when we try to install applications.
I've done some digging and found something strange. I cannot browse http://server_name/sms_dp_smspkg$/datalib from a browser on any branch server. I instead receive a 500 - Internal server error.
Module: IsapiModule
Notification: ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler: AboMapperCustom-58469
Error Code: 0x8007007e
Requested URL: http://server_name:80/sms_dp_smspkg$/datalib
Physical Path: D:\SCCMContentLib\datalib
Logon Method: Negotiate
Again, this is happening on every branch server. Yet, when I browse this location on our main campus server which is not a domain controller, it works.
I can see the files on the branch servers if I access datalib via the physical path D:\SCCMContentLib\datalib so it appears the data is there. My workstations just cannot access them. I've got to believe this is my problem with the Downloading 0% issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
