Hi,
I was hoping someone could help me. We had an old application that was deployed to a collection 2 years ago. A upgrade to that application was deployed via SCCM which has been successfully installed. However, now the 2 year old deployment is trying to run again. Each time a computer restarts, it try's to run the old deployment and errors saying a newer version of the application is already installed.
I cannot work out how to stop this from happening. I deleted the deployment, but it continues to run. I then deleted the SCCM Application, and it still is trying to run on the clients.
On one PC, I cleared the cache, now that PC get's a pop-up error after every reboot saying it cannot find the source files for the old application in the ccmcache directory.
Is there anyway (without re-installing the client) to stop the sccm client from trying to re-run this old application?
Thanks,
Step.
