Scripts/Automation for Application management and Deployments

Hi All,

I am looking for some scripting framework to automate the below tasks:

1. Create applications,packages

2. Create deployment types, programs

3. Create user and device collections

4. Create AD groups

I am looking for some GUI based automation where I can just enter the name of the application in a GUI and we can perform the above tasks automatically without touching the SCCM console.

Please let me know if anyone has such automated framework which I can use to achieve this.
