We have an ERP system (Infor Visual v7) that loads multiple screens (forms of 5+) and user goes about moving from one screen to another. We are getting an error (error code 32767) when we open a screen (form) after leaving the session idle for a while (more than15 minutes). This behavior does not happen in windows 2008 R2 OS. But on the upgraded OS Win 2012 R2 (we upgraded) - this is happening consistently.
It does not happen when we open one form only but it does when we open multiple screens (because users have to go to different business areas i.e. inventory to purchasing to materials planning to product).
We looked at the policies with regards to desktop idle timeouts and screensavers and we have disabled them but the the error is still coming up. Windows event and application logs is recording no substantial issues when then the error comes up.
Question: What is it in Win 2012 that may be causing the errors in comparison to the Win 2008 R2?
