WSUS and SCCM On the same server

We have WSUS and SCCM running on the same server 2016.  We patch Windows 10 via sccm and deploy app via SCCM.  SCCM uses this WSUS server.

Server patching we would like to be doing it via WSUS.  Can we use this same WSUS for server patching or we should setup a separate WSUS for server patching?  Thank you
