Unpublishing an App-V 44.6 SP2 application with Config Manager 2012

Hello. I've had a look at the bespoke PDF from Microsoft but it did not explicitly reference App-V 4.6 SP2.

I am trying to work out how to remove an App-V 4.6 SP2 application from the App-V cache. I tried creating an uninstall deployment, and whilst this removed the application from the list of "Installed Software" in the Software Centre, it did not unpublish the virtual app. The app was still present in the cache with its FTAs, and I could still run it.

I created teh uninstall by removing the existing install deployment, and creating a new uninstall deployment.

I've read the white paper, and found this:

Uninstall
The ability to remove virtual applications from a client is one of the benefits of App-V. Virtual applications are not uninstalled like traditional software; they are instantly removed from the client by unpublishing and removing extension points (shortcuts and FTAs) from the client. Removing an App-V application from a given client requires creating an uninstall deployment targeted at the appropriate collection.

...but it does not explain *how*. So, how do I create a deployment to unpublish an App-V 4.6 SP2 virtual app via Config Manager 2012?

Please note that uninstall via Supersedance is not an option here.

Thanks.
