AD OU Structure replication with SCCM2012

I have configured SCCM2012 for my organization recently - I want my SCCM collection to be synchronized with the AD OU structure so that any changes on the AD OU structure (creation, Modification , deletion) should be automatically replicated in the SCCM collections.

Is this possible in SCCM2012?

if yes then how do I configure the SCCM application?

If not possible, then is there a script or any mechanism by which I can automate this function?
