How to do multiple steps in a single application?

Hi. I'm relatively new to SCCM management and I need help figuring out how to create a single application (or package?) that will:

1. Install an MSI
2. Install another MSI after the above MSI has been installed
3. Run a .bat file
4. Copy a file to a directory

Is it possible to create a single application (or package?) to do this? I'm not finding much help with Bing. Thank you.
