Application Requirements based on OU not detecting

Office 2010 package with three seperate MSP based on their location. Therefore created three deployment types with the relevant command line i.e. setup /adminfile location1.msp

I have added requirements based on OU i.e. OU one of ..... but the application which is called from OSD build does not detect it

I'm looking in appdiscovery.log and all I see is did not detect app type ...

How can I nail down why it is not detecting correctly?

Failing that what else could I use to determine different location - I did previously try Active Directory Site as the requirement but again same problem

EDIT: - Just seen this thread http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/2695e003-6d4b-43c9-89a8-e9aaf0eb46f8/osd-application-install-ou-requirement?forum=configmanagerosd

that confirms that OU requirement won't work in OSD which is where I'm installing Office because a GPUpdate hasn't yet been run.  In the Task Sequence I know the location because I'm using the MDT database but how could I associate a deployment type of the application with the TS Variable ?? (without creating a new/separate application)
