I'm having a unique problem with a laptop. Running Windows 7 IE9
Everytime I try to upgrade my browser from the Applications catalog to IE 10 or 11 I get "The software change returned error code 0x9C4D (40013)" It doesn't do it with toher software packages.
I uninstalled IE9 went to IE8 then upgrade to IE9, no change. The application status says failed. How do I get rid of the error message and the failed status of IE?
Any ideas what's happening?
