Having trouble detecting and uninstalling an Office 2010 Language pack

I have a configmgr 2012 R2 environment.

Some systems in the environment were baked with an image containing Office 2010 and a language pack.

The administrator swears up and down he provided the source media he used to install the language pack, it is not being detected either by default Office 2013 behaviour which is to remove it or if I supply the source media with a supersedence relationship to remove it.

I also went on one of the systems and checked the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentnVersion\Uninstall and went through keys which have to do with the language pack.

These are what I find in different keys:

Microsoft Office Office 64-bit Components 2010
14.0.7015.1000
MsiExec.exe /X{90140000-002A-0000-1000-0000000FF1CE}

Microsoft Office Shared 64-bit MUI (English) 2010
14.0.7015.1000
MsiExec.exe /X{90140000-002A-0409-1000-0000000FF1CE}

Microsoft Office Shared 64-bit MUI (French) 2010
14.0.7015.1000
MsiExec.exe /X{90140000-002A-040C-1000-0000000FF1CE}

Microsoft Office Shared 64-bit Setup Metadata MUI (English) 2010
14.0.7015.1000
MsiExec.exe /X{90140000-0116-0409-1000-0000000FF1CE}

I created a separate deployment method (don't know if I needed to) with {90140000-002A-040C-1000-0000000FF1CE} as the installer detection method.

I'm still finding that the language pack is not being uninstalled.

Ideas?
