Application installation not reporting back to SCCM console.

I am having an issue with SCCM 2012 (build 1551). The clients are installing applications  (The new application model), however SCCM console does not indicate successful. So it never gets to 100% compliance - it stays at 0%. The SCCM clients do actually install the MSI that are published and I do see the notifications as well show up as expected in the SCCM software centre.

These are mandatory apps btw.

So any suggestions on where I should be looking in regards to troubleshooting steps or logs?

I have also tried running the summarization and no difference.
